What do you need?
The right kind of assistance at the right time.
Sometimes you need someone to work out the strategy.
Sometimes you need someone to lead it.
Sometimes you just need an experienced head in the room.
Take a look at the three ways I can help.
Sprint
“I need a strategy.”
Discovery → Build → Output and Handover
A fixed-fee engagement to get you from uncertainty to a clear, practical strategy that’s ready to go. You might need a Go-To-Market strategy, customer proposition, CRM strategy, a 90-day activation plan, or a strategy to define metrics for measuring commercial success.
FIXED FEE.

“I need a leader.”
A fractional marketing leadership role for a fixed period of time. I become part of your business, leading your marketing effort, working with your team, managing agencies and partners, managing the budget and keeping everyone focused on the outcomes. If you need it, I can help build the team and develop the capabilities around me.
I’m not there to sit on the sidelines. I’m there to run it. You get senior marketing leadership without the full-time commitment.

Guide
“I need advice.”
An advisory relationship for businesses that already have a team and a strategy but would like a senior perspective at the table. I will challenge the thinking, help you see what might be missing and provide executive oversight through regular monthly conversations and asynchronous support.
Think of this as a non-exec function for your marketing effort. An experienced perspective when you need one without another full-time layer.

How it sequences
You don’t necessarily need to understand which one you need.
If you don’t have a team or a strategy, you might start with a SPRINT. If you have a strategy but need someone to lead and develop your marketing effort, EMBED might be the best starting point. If you have a team and a strategy but want an experienced perspective around the table, that’s where GUIDE comes in.
I’ll help work out what you need, then take responsibility for the role we’ve agreed I’ll play.
I’m not going to recommend something and then disappear.
Whether I’ve been brought in to build a strategy, lead the team or challenge the thinking, I’ll be clear about what I’m there to do and accountable for doing it.
Let’s start with the problem, not the product.
